1. To place an order:
1.1. - Choose the product/s you are interested in from our Catalog.
1.2. - Below the product description, in the "Order" section, fill in the order form. In the field "Your message" you can indicate detailed requests, questions and order details about the interested product. To contact us via e-mail: info@cncbaltic.lv
1.3. - If you prefer a faster ordering process, please connect with our sales specialist via phone or WhatsApp.
1.4. - Once we receive your order request, we will promptly prepare the information regarding product availability, logistic and pricing options tailored just for you.
2. Payment terms:
2.1. - Accepted method of payment is via bank transfer. Please ensure that all payments are made using this method to facilitate a smooth transaction.
2.2. - Upon order and delivery confirmation, a prepayment invoice will be generated. The product will be ordered or delivered only after we receive your payment confirmation. For detailed delivery conditions, please refer to our guidelines.
2.3. - Upon receipt of the invoice, we will prepare the goods for shipment and arrange delivery.
2.4. - By B2B (business to business) agreement, you can extend the payment term to a 7-day transfer period. For subsequent orders, this period can be increased up to 30 days."
3. Delivery terms:
3.1. Receipt of the order at CNC BALTIC:
3.1.2 - If a customer selects delivery with self-organized pickup, our sales manager will inform them about the receipt of their order, once it has been received and prepared for pick-up.
3.1.2 - Customers can collect their ordered products at our warehouse during working days from: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Before order pickup, customers must schedule a visit.
3.1.3 - When a customer's delivery of goods is related to a technician scheduled service trip at the costumers place, our sales manager will notify them about the order receipt, and they will coordinate delivery to coincide with the technician's visit.
3.2 Order delivery options in the territory of Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania:
• itella SmartPOST : parcel terminal or courier delivery - Your parcel is safe at any weather conditions Smartpost terminals are always located inside premises; it prevents packages from outside temperature fluctuations that could harm the quality of package content.
• Omniva : parcel terminal or courier delivery - The shipment arrives at the destination parcel on the day following the shipment until the "Pickup" time, except Sundays.
• Venipak : parcel terminal or courier delivery- Venipak Pickup points - these are stores and service centers available in convenient locations, where you can both deliver and receive a shipment.
• DPD : parcel terminal or courier delivery- Pickup point network is an alternative package delivery for individuals. The network of DPD Pickup points for receiving parcels combines more than 200 Parcel locker locations.
• Latvijas Pasts : parcel terminal or courier delivery
3.2.2. - At order making specify the exact location for pickup of given location to a parcel terminal or courier delivery and desired service provider.
3.2.3.- When a customer orders by parcel delivery, they will receive a notification confirming that their order has been dispatched.
3.2.4. - When a customer orders delivery with a courier, they will receive a tracking code for their order, allowing them to monitor its status throughout the delivery process and change delivery time if necessary.
3.3 Delivery of orders outside the territory of Latvia:
• UPS Saver & Express:
3.3.1 - Delivery within EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
3.3.2 - When choosing parcel delivery, a shipping fee is charged regardless of the weight, amount or size of the order.
• When delivering orders via courier companies, the order fee is calculated based on the weight and size of the order.
3.4 International delivery and customs clearance:
• FedEx : Customs inspects and regulates every shipment. Be proactive with these resources for shipping overseas or across borders.
• Venipak Global : International shipment transportation services covering more than 212 countries of the world. When providing the service, there is cooperation with globally recognized partners, which allows us to ensure a smooth shipping process, carry out customs procedures, and also gives us all the opportunities to offer different services.
