Linear robot rails

The R1 series robot tracks are linear motion systems designed for moving welding robots and positioners across the production area. Load capacity: 500–2000 kg | Maximum travel speed: 500–800 mm/sec | Effective working length: 2.5–3 m. Three models are available—R1-500, R1-1000, and R1-2000—featuring different load capacities and travel speeds. The effective working length is calculated for a 4 m track: 3 m (for the R1-500) or 2.5 m (for the R1-1000 and R1-2000), including the base but excluding the cover. If a cover is added, the effective working length is reduced by 20%. Maximum length of a single module: 6 m.
