DAMI - SHD Model

Specifications

The SHD represents the top of the DAMI Engineering machines.



Thanks to its heavy structure and to the high precision mechanical components (similar to the laser machine), the model SHD can bring every kind of accessories and can have every working size.

The rails of the long axis and the portal use prismatic guides and ball screw bearings with greaser devices to have the correct lubrification for the movement.

The motion group of both axis (double on the long one connected in GANTRY mode) consist in a rectified pinion, high precision gear box and brushless motor: a spring system moving on prismatic guides make a perfect coupling between the pinions and racks on all the axis length.


The motion of the slaves carriages on the multi-head machines, is made using an iron cable.

The thanks, separated from the structure to avoid the stress of a thick material (that can reach a thickness of 600 mm) are managed by the CNC in every moment of the cutting phases.

The numeric control is supplied by TEX COMPUTER: it is a 32 bit device of the Power series with color touch screen high definition display .

The CNC can be connected to the factory network thanks to the on board lan (also wireless) and it has a USB port used by the operator to load the cutting file (if the network connection is not present).

The console is conneted to the shoulder of the machine and permit the operatore to have a complete control of the entire system in each moment of the work.
