The device overheat indicator - LED ALARM lights up and the device switches to standby mode. The overheat signal disappears when the device has effectively cooled down to operating temperature.
Until the device reaches operating temperature, it remains in “cooling mode”, and the device will only be able to deliver reduced welding current.
HOT START - range from 1 to 10, default 5, the HOT START function is designed to facilitate arc ignition.
ARC FORCE - range from 1 to 10, default 3, the ARC FORCE function is a prevention against unwanted electrode sticking to the weld and against unwanted arc interruption. It is used for more convenient arc ignition and arc maintenance.
MMA VRD - Voltage reduction device. If this mode is active and when the welding process is over, the VRD immediately reduces the open circuit voltage to 14 V. The PERUN 160 E - 220 E inverters produce an open circuit voltage of 70 V (MMA) and 70 V (TIG). , which is safe and complies with the EN 60974-1 standard. However, in certain environments, the welder may feel a very unpleasant tingling sensation - electric shocks. When the MMA VRD mode is active, it protects welders from electric shocks.
